On January, 27th, 1945 the Soviet Army has exempted a concentration camp “Osventsum”. More than one and a half millions person were murdered within the excruciating death here. In this connection today the world marks the International day of memory of victims of the Holocaust.
On the eve the General Assembly of the United Nations Organization (UNO) has called to reject unconditionally any denying of the Holocaust as a historical event. The corresponding resolution has been accepted by representatives of the different states.
This resolution did not appeal to any concrete country, but Israel and the United States have offered, that Iran has made a note, especially after Iran has caused a widely spread indignation the last month, on carrying out of the conference aimed on doubting of the Nazi genocide of Jews during the Second World War.
The document was not supported only by delegation of Iran.
Earlier the President of Iran repeatedly put scales of the Holocaust under doubt and even named it as a “myth”. Iran insists that the Holocaust should be closely investigated to define its consequences and authenticity.
The delegates of the UNO and, in particular, the governments of Israel, The USA, and Venezuela have radically criticized Iran’s position and strongly recommended the Iran’s government to reconsider their attitude towards  the Holocaust.
