India has rejected form USA’s offer to unite their forces in struggle against terrorism

India has refused from the USA’s offer on carrying out of joint secret operations against insurgents of Lashkar-e-Taiba’s (LeT) terrorist grouping, operating in state of Jammu and Kashmir. The refusal has followed in spite of the fact that actions of this organization create the most serious threat to the safety of India.
As it has been published in today’s “Times of India” issue, Indian special services sources explain this decision by reasons of national safety and negative experience from contacts with the American colleagues-professionals.
It has also been emphasized, that refusal of interaction with the prospecting US organizations is caused by fears of probable attempts of Washington to rehire employees of the Indian special services and to make them flight to America. Similar precedents have already taken place in the recent past.
As “Times of India” quote, India and the USA are now far from carrying out of joint operations including penetration into terrorist groupings.
As the Indian newspaper writes, LeT carries out functions of Al-Qaeda’s “representative” in India. Indian and American special services approve that its insurgents are involved in last, to the bloodiest, acts of terrorism in the Indian Territory.
LeT is an extremist grouping and it is considered as the militarized wing of the Pakistan fundamentalist radical organizations.
LeT was established in 1980; however it started its harmful activity in India since 1993. Pakistan experts quote that in the end of 90th, the group was one of the most influential among militarized organizations.
The grouping proclaims the uniting of Moslems all over the world. The majority of its members have experience of operations in Afghanistan.

Acts of terrorism have been accomplished at once in two Iraq cities -Fallujah and Ramadi.
Both of acts of terrorism have occurred on March, 16th. In Fallujah the attack was carried out by two terrorists-condemned men. They have undermined themselves together with lorries full of chlorine in different areas of the city.
The first explosion has occurred in the south of the residential area, the second one has been done near to the house of one of local political leaders, who repeatedly expressed his uncooperative altitude to Al-Qaeda’s activity. Details of incident in Ramadi are not informed.

France’s Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin considers that the United States should disengage the armies from Iraq within this year.
In France’s prime minister’s opinion, the situation in Iraq becomes “even more menacing” if not to develop the plan of overcoming of crisis that assumes, particularly, in defining final terms of withdrawal of foreign troops from Iraq. Dominique de Villepin said that he considers that it should occur within a year. At the same time the prime minister of France has recognized, that the Europe should also take up the certain obligations on the prompt returning Iraqis to normal life.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed confessed to murder of the English journalist

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, one of Al-Qaeda’s leaders, considered the main organizer of acts of terrorism on September, 11th, 2001, has also incurred the responsibility for murder of the Wall Street newspaper in Pakistan in 2002. This information comes from the Pentagon’s steno gram concerning the first hearings of affairs of some former prisoners of CIA’s confidential prisons in September 2006, being forwarded to camp on the basis of US Naval Forces in Guantanamo (Cuba).
In total this group has 14 people, considered as Al-Qaeda’s leaders and other extremist organizations. Hearings on Mohammed’s case and his two accomplices have been held last Saturday in Guantanamo prison. Yesterday the American Ministry of Defense has promulgated the first part of decoding evidences of Mohammed’s native in Kuwait, a part of which has not been published for reasons of preservation of state secret and maintenance of interests of national safety of the USA. This document testifies that Mohammed has recognized the fault for preparation of actions on September, 11th, 2001 and thirty other large terrorist sorties, including explosion of a disco on island Bali in 2002, which led to the death of 202 people.
Besides Mohammed approved, that he developed plans of attempt at former presidents of the USA, a detonation of powerful explosives in Panama Canal, London airport and New York stock exchange. According to the official representative of military department of the USA, a part of Mohammed’s evidences, in which he incurs the responsibility for journalist’s murder, has not been promulgated at once as the American authorities informed of it the relatives of the journalist. Islamic terrorism as the closed cycle of manufacture

The so-called “left” Arabian states which are based on the laicized basis, unlike the “right” Islamic states, are the most inconvenient opponents for the USA in the Arabian world.
Since times of the “cold war” the USA rendered feasible support to the Islamic extremist organizations, using them in spheres of influence of the USSR. In particular, it was most brightly shown during campaign of Soviet Union in Afghanistan, where the network of the extremist organizations, which later have joined in mojahed resistance, has started its radical activity.
After the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, the civil war in the country ended that one of the mojaheds’ groupings - “Taliban” - has grasped the control over mostly territory of Afghanistan, has been again started.
After acts of terrorism on September, 11th the USA in the chapter of a coalition have intruded in Afghanistan in spite of the fact that “Taliban” denied the cooperation with Al-Qaeda - another extremist organization, incurred the responsibility for acts of terrorism, and has even offered to give out Bin Laden  and other terrorists’ leaders. But the war proceeded, - the terrorism became only an occasion for intrusion of the USA and the countries-allies into Afghanistan. And if to consider, that Bin Laden (and, probably, other Al-Qaeda’s leaders) was trained in training camps of mojaheds in Pakistan, organized not without the US CIA’s help, a role of Islamic terrorism in the modern world becomes so obvious.
In global sense of Islamic terrorism is a political technology. The purpose is the increase of military power and influence of the USA in global prospect. The myth about the Arabian Islamic terrorism, as to the unique form of resistance is created. It is easier to justify the expansion by struggle against terrorism, than, for example, protection of the economic interests in region, struggle for resources and ways of their delivery, etc. And the tendency to consider the East in spirit of “radicalism” (the preconvinced attitude of Europeans to cultures and traditions of east colonies as to barbarous even more), in modern mass-media, helps to create such myth.

Israel pays great attention to any threats from Iran

Israel has no other choice but to take the Iranian threat seriously and to take care of that Teheran has not received means for its realization.
Such application was made by the Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert at the AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) conference in Washington.
During live translation of his speech from Israel, Olmert has emphasized, that it is for the first time after the Second World War that the United Nations member publicly supports destruction of other state. The Israeli Prime-Minister meant numerous applications of the president of Iran, calling to “erase” Israel from the political card of the world.
In his speech Olmert has told that the countries, interested in safety of Israel, in safety of Persian gulf and stability in all Near East, should recognize the necessity of the American successes for Iraq and responsible, scheduled leaving from this country.
The Israeli Prime-Minister has emphasized that any outcome which will not promote strengthening of America in opinion of people of this (Near-Eastern) region, will be negative as will weaken an opportunity of the USA to struggle effectively with threat which Iran represents.
As he said, it is only US President Bush and the United States that can effectively resist to Iran, trying to increase the nuclear potential.
Finally Ehud Olmert has declared that everyone who is concerned with safety and the future of Israel, sould understand the importance of the strong American management challenging to the Iranian threat, and he(Olmert) is assured, that nobody would start stirring or constraining such “resolute” policy.
